Refund policy

As one of our terms of service that state that we must know our customers we are doing business with and so an ID Card must be uploaded and the details on the identity card must correspond with the firstname and lastname you submitted to us during registration, when making a purchase from with fund transfer payment method, the account the money was transfered from must match the details on your perfectchanger account, if during confirmation of payment we discover that the details are different the entire money you transfered to our account will be refunded to you by the following means

(i) We will instruct our bank to reverse that payment from wherever is coming from.

(ii) We will call your verified phone number and request for the account details we will be sending your refund to.

After successful refund we will then cancel your Order
